Walking is a good exercise.  I want you to walk.

But not until you’re sure you’ve got some good range of motion in your shoulders.

The lack of information available to breast cancer patients makes it extremely confusing to figure out the steps  for shoulder mobility exercises and cancer therapy after surgery.

Everywhere you turn, there’s messages telling you to exercise.

But what’s that mean?

Is it just 150 minutes of walking?  What about  mobility exercises?

Breast Cancer Patients need a comprehensive protocol that provides a step-by-step process of what’s safe and when, so they are able to attain all  the exercise benefits from their hard work.

So I’m telling you to that you need to start with mobility which includes range of motion exercises.

Start with the foundational shoulder mobility exercises.

Get your shoulders moving and include exercises for shoulder pain prior to trying to increase your walking tolerance.  You’ll feel the difference in decreasing hip pain from walking when your shoulder are moving better.  Watch my video and I’ll explain the 5 reasons why this is so important.
