This online session is a private setting for patients looking to participate in a grounding session to improve their energy and alignment, decrease anxiety, and have been cleared by their surgeon/oncologist for stretching style movements. 

No previous experience is required as step-by-step guidance is provided.

No equipment necessary except an internet connection.
