Patients need to know where to start.

Having an abundance of pictures, videos, pamphlets, and advice is great BUT….until you feel safe, secure, and motivated, you can’t begin to add exercise to your treatment routine.

And knowing WHERE to begin is crucial.

The overwhelm of information and seemingly lack of step-by-step programming makes it too difficult for cancer patients to begin to know and make choices that are safe as well as get them back to the activities they love.

Foundational Movements are key when you’re ready to begin active rehab after breast cancer surgery.

If you have any questions, please send me an email.  I’d be more than happy to help get rid of some of the overwhelm and find you a safe place to start that feels good just for YOU.
