Well the aches and pains
…the tight calves
and that debilitating fatigue are telling you something different.
It can be HARD!!!
Your body is not same.
You’ve got tightness, maybe a little less muscle mass and maybe a little more middle mass. Your balance may be of and you’re trying to get things done the best way you can. And that’s making your body compensate and use muscles the way it really doesn’t want to.
