Neutral Foot Positioning

Sit on the floor facing a wall.  Ensure back maintains a neutral position and arms are not used as support for sitting upright.

Align feet with the wall to provide a vertical comparison to a neutral position.

Relax toes and feet while maintaining a neutral foot.

Review knee positioning to ensure neutral alignment (knee caps facing toward the ceiling).

Addition#1

Lean forward from the hips, maintaining neutral leg position with the goal of reaching the elbows to the ground beside your legs.
