Neutral Foot Positioning

Sit on the floor facing a wall.  

Ensure back maintains a neutral position and arms are not used as support for sitting upright.
Align feet with the wall to provide a vertical comparison to a neutral position.
Relax toes and feet while maintaining a neutral foot.
Review knee positioning to ensure neutral alignment (knee caps facing toward the ceiling).
Lean forward from the hips, maintaining neutral leg position with the goal of reaching the elbows to the ground beside your legs.
