Step 1: Stand with a neutral spine and place your forearm across your low back at approximately waist height.
Step 2: While maintaining a straight posture, and a bend in your elbow, lift your forearm away from your back such that there is a gap formed between your arm and your back.
Step 3: Hold, repeat on the other side.
